How & why

What started as snapping pics of what I was having for dinner that evening or a new recipe I was trying out grew into something truly incredible.

Ive always loved food and I worked in restaurants for the majority of my teens and into my early adult years working various positions. Once I exited the restaurant/service industry I began doing more home cooking than ever before. Since I was no longer surrounded by food in a kitchen/dining room at work it became very important to me to surround myself with food in my own kitchen during my off time.

I now get to share my love of cooking with an audience of people on the internet and I couldn't be more grateful.
